Cochonne - 9% alc/vol
Comments - First brewed 1992. Sold as Cochonette when in small bottles.
Tasting Notes - Excellent, complex, full-flavoured, refreshing beer which would suit most occasions.

Saison de Pipaix - 8% alc/vol
Comments - First brewed 1986, based on the original brewery recipe from 1785.
Tasting Notes - Superb blend of tastes and a light, unassuming complexity.
Vanille
L'Vapeur En Folie - 8% alc/vol
Comments - First brewed 1986.
Tasting Notes - Wonderfully complex, full-flavoured and refreshing ale with an amazing balance.
Vapeur Rousse - 8% alc/vol
Comments - First brewed 1987.
Tasting Notes - Characterful, quite complex beer though its summer refresher qualities can be marred by a slight
tendency towards a cloying character.
