Any tasting notes that appear against the beers are the personal opinions of the authors. If the authors disagree on any aspect then their initials appear before their individual opinion.

Ambrée Saint Martin - 8% alc/vol

Tasting Notes - Light yet full tasting with a good malt content, a fair bit of hop and a light toffee/caramel taste.

Blanche Fluppeke - 5% alc/vol

Tasting Notes - A very wheaty artisanal blanche, sadly somewhat muddied, particularly in the palate.

Blonde St-Valère - 5.5% alc/vol

Tasting Notes - Full tasting blonde with plenty of fresh lemony hop over a full creamy malt.

Brassin St-David - 8% alc/vol

Brune St-Jean - 8% alc/vol

Tasting Notes - Interesting beer with a strong brown character that is gently roasted.
