Tasting Notes - Loads of bittersweet fruit and a slightly sour tang.

Bir Del Gat'

Tasting Notes - Pinapple with a dark quality.

Comments - Brewed for Delpine, a Brussels distributor, but available in some bars - Moeder Lambic for instance.

Blanche de Fantôme - 4% alc/vol

Cisse-Leuze - 8% alc/vol

Tasting Notes - Brews vary considerably but generally full of fresh exotic fruit, like a sweeter Fantôme.

Dalmatienne Blonde - 4.5% alc/vol

Dalmatienne Brune - 4.5% alc/vol

Fantôme - 8% alc/vol

Tasting Notes - Absolutely gorgeous, very complex, fruity and herbal summer refresher with enough interest to drink all year round. Multi-layered and exuding great depth of character.

Fantôme De Noël - 10% alc/vol

Tasting Notes - Beautifully warming with an amazing, almost overwhelming depth of character. Well balanced bittersweet, fruity ale which must surely be the ultimate winter warmer.

La Fayimi Blonde

L'Hélianthe - 8% alc/vol

Tasting Notes - Distinct herbal tang, possibly from the Hélianthe (sunflower) if it is flavoured with that.

L'Incertaine

Noire et Noire

La Pellainoise - 6.5% alc/vol

Tasting Notes - Bizarre floral pineapple aroma precedes the very fruity, slightly citric palate.

Pissenlit - 6% alc/vol

Tasting Notes - Flavoured with dandelion flowers, giving it a very bitter, herbal quality.

Saison d'Erezée Automne - 7.5% alc/vol

Comments - Can change from year to year as the seasonal "extras" used are those that are available when it is brewed.
Tasting Notes - Excellent refreshing drink that is very floral in character

Saison d'Erezée Hiver - 8% alc/vol

Comments - Can change from year to year as the seasonal "extras" used are those that are available when it is brewed.
Tasting Notes - Warming spicy winter beer that is like a lighter version of the Noël.

Saison d'Erezée l'Été - 8% alc/vol

Comments - Can change from year to year as the seasonal "extras" used are those that are available when it is brewed.
Tasting Notes - In 1996 this was more like a winter beer than a summer beer.

Saison d'Erezée Printemps

Comments - Can change from year to year as the seasonal "extras" used are those that are available when it is brewed.
Tasting Notes - The ones we have tasted have varied so much they cannot be described collectively. Ranged from good to very good.

Sante !!! - 5% alc/vol
