Any tasting notes that appear against the beers are the personal opinions of the authors. If the authors disagree on any aspect then their initials appear before their individual opinion.

Abbaye de St-Amand - 7% alc/vol

All Black - 6% alc/vol

Comments - First brewed 1995 as a Christmas beer.
Tasting Notes - Surprisingly light and hoppy rather than the expected thick, cloying stout.

Belle de Pévèle - 7% alc/vol

Bière de St.Amand - 7% alc/vol

Comments - First brewed 1996.
Tasting Notes - A refreshing golden ale with good complexity, let down by excessive fizz.

Bière du Mont Saint-Aubert - 8% alc/vol

Tasting Notes - A quality beer with a good balance of hoppy bitterness and fruity malt. One to keep the sediment out of.

Blanche de Brunehaut - 5% alc/vol

Blanche de Charleroi

Blanche de Charleroi Biologique - 5% alc/vol

Comments - First brewed 1996. Organic beer.
Tasting Notes - Reasonably complex white beer with a delicate, almost perfumed, palate.

Brunehaut Blanche - 5% alc/vol

Brunehaut Makasi - 8% alc/vol

Brunehaut Tradition - 6.5% alc/vol

Comments - First brewed 1992
Tasting Notes - A rather dull ale with the fizz-burn not allowing the tongue and mouth to work on the potentially interesting taste lurking in the background.

Brunehaut Tradition de Noël - 8% alc/vol

Brunehaut Villages - 6.5% alc/vol

Comments - First brewed 1992.
Tasting Notes - An odd, but unfortunately bland, beer with both saison and abbey triple characteristics.

Cuvée Spéciale Aste Kain

L'Ecume des Jours - 8% alc/vol

Tasting Notes - An odd beer with a multi-faceted nose and a strong, lasting finish but not much between.

Heylissen Blond

Heylissen Bruin

La Marchande Blonde

ne Kopstoot - 7% alc/vol

Comments - ne Kopstoot apparently translates as headbutt.
Tasting Notes - Quenching and drying. More beery than some other geneva added beers.

Ramée Ambrée - 7.5% alc/vol

Comments - For the Ferme de l'Abbaye de la Ramée in Jodoigne.

Ramée Blonde - 8% alc/vol

Comments - For the Ferme de l'Abbaye de la Ramée in Jodoigne.

La Touquettoise - 6.5% alc/vol

Comments - For Caves Touquettoises in France. In blonde, amber & genévrier versions - probably just relabelled.
