Beer List -

Any tasting notes that appear against the beers are the personal opinions of the authors. If the authors disagree on any aspect then their initials appear before their individual opinion.

Dremmwel Blanche - 5% alc/vol

Comments - Dremmwell apparently means horizon in breton.
Tasting Notes - Impressive, very refreshing wheat beer. Good lactic creaminess adds to the fullness and the citric cuts through it to make it refreshing. The finish of long lasting gently bitter wheat is satisfying.

Dremmwel Blonde - 5% alc/vol

Comments - Dremmwell apparently means horizon in breton. Belgian pale ale style.
Tasting Notes - Strongly lemony pale ale. A good pale malt base ably supports bags of lemony hop.

Dremmwel Brune - 7% alc/vol

Dremmwel Doree - 7% alc/vol

Comments - Dremmwell apparently means horizon in breton. Belgian strong ale style.

Dremmwel Noire - 5% alc/vol

Comments - Dremmwell apparently means horizon in breton. A stout.
Tasting Notes - A distinctive dark beer, stout like without the heaviness or creaminess. Dark black beer with a sharp note and plenty of bitterness.

Dremmwel Rousse - 6% alc/vol

Comments - Dremmwell apparently means horizon in breton. English strong ale style.
Tasting Notes - An interesting rousse with plenty of crystal giving it character but very strong bittering hops taking over to the extent that the beer is intensely bitter, particularly in the finish. Far too bitter for me, also too much crystal, but a distinctive beer nevertheless.
