Ambrée - 6% alc/vol View Label 8 Kb

Comments - First brewed 1996.
Tasting Notes - Interesting beer that has a sweet start, then a fruity caramel malt, then a tangy bitterness turning dry. All this yet still light and easy to drink.

Bière de Froment - 5.5% alc/vol View Label 9 Kb

Comments - First brewed 1997.
Tasting Notes - Very good beer that is decidedly wheaty yet original. There is plenty of wheat throughout yet it is not allowed to dominate - it is much better balanced than that. Excellent soft creamy texture. Good with or without sediment, just the citric element being reduced with sediment and the suggestions of spice being increased.

Bière de Noël

Bière d'Hiver - 8% alc/vol View Label 7 Kb

Comments - First brewed 1996. Refermented in the bottle with honey.
Tasting Notes - Immensely impressive winter warmer with all the right characteristics - full palate, fruity, dark, spicy, warming, moderately complex. Superbly satisfying. Fairly full, thickish & sweet. A well rounded winter evening beer that is unusual for France.

Grande Cru - 10% alc/vol
