Bière de la Vache 4.5% alc/vol

Comments - Apparently named after the two-tone brown cow on the bar side with the beer taps built into it. Also know as Type Allemagne.

Tasting Notes - Characterful, quite full tasting, Pilsener type beer at first but let down by the dull sugary finish. Smooth easy-drinking character and a good creamy texture. Not particularly pleasant and not particularly good

Comments - Also know as Type Anglais !

Tasting Notes - Too overtly caramelly for most. Tastes suspiciously like the Vache with added caramel (and not a change of malt). That said, it is easy drinking if you can cope with the caramel.
