Beer List -

Any tasting notes that appear against the beers are the personal opinions of the authors. If the authors disagree on any aspect then their initials appear before their individual opinion.

Coreff - 5% alc/vol View Label 8 Kb

Comments - First brewed 1985. The Pale malt is French but the Crystal and Torrefied malts come from Tucker's Maltings, Newton Abbot, UK.
Tasting Notes - A nice smooth texture and full red fruitiness offer much but the tartness detracts from the promised appeal. These notes relate to bottles that were approaching their sell by dates and the beer bears little relation to the hand-pumped draught version which vastly superior.

Coreff Blonde - 4.4% alc/vol

Coreff de Noel - 5.5% alc/vol

Comments - First brewed 1985. The Pale malt is French but the Crystal and Torrefied malts come from Tucker's Maltings, Newton Abbot, UK.

Coreff Étiquette Noire - 6.5% alc/vol View Label 8 Kb

Comments - First brewed 1986. Known as Vin d'Orge on draught. The Pale malt is French but the Crystal and Torrefied malts come from Tucker's Maltings, Newton Abbot, UK.
Tasting Notes - Fruity, malty, resiny, bitter, nearly tart ale that gets more tart with age. Quite complex. These notes relate to bottles that were approaching their sell by dates and the beer bears little relation to the hand-pumped draught version which vastly superior.

Coreff Stout - 4.2% alc/vol

Comments - First brewed 1999. Dry and very bitter with an immensely smooth mouthfeel and a light touch of spice.

Vin d'Orge - 6.5% alc/vol
