Beer List -

Any tasting notes that appear against the beers are the personal opinions of the authors. If the authors disagree on any aspect then their initials appear before their individual opinion.

Blanche de Bourgogne - 4.1% alc/vol

Tasting Notes - Thin and watery with a light, spritzy character. A good quencher but a bit lacking in the taste department. Quite herbal, but it has an over-dominant coriander with a pronounced perfumed taste.

Blonde de Bourgogne - 6.5% alc/vol

Comments - First brewed 1998.
Tasting Notes - Strong coriander dominates a satisfying, full tasting beer. Behind the coriander is a full pale malt with some malt sweetness. The coriander is so strong it almost makes the beer one-dimensional to the detriment of the other

La Gātine Ambrée - 7.5% alc/vol

Comments - Brewed for Gātinorge of Amponville, barley producers society.
Tasting Notes - Very hoppy nose with a sharp dry hop start and a creamy/watery wheatyness following through. Light and spritzy with a little wateryness, but quite interesting, if a little shallow, in the finish. A husky, dry hop pervades
