Bière de Noël 5% alc/vol
Comments - First brewed 1997. Served ice cold on our visit.
Tasting Notes - Well balanced malt and hops with good use of the hops allowing the character to come through slowly.
La Boréale 4.8% alc/vol
Comments - First brewed 1997. Used to be called La Jennesson but the name was changed to give it more French Canadian appeal.
La Coup de Grisou 5% alc/vol
Comments - First brewed 1997.
L'Illegale 5% alc/vol
Comments - First brewed 1997. The name derives from the idea that it is illegal to make Pils outside of Pilsen, Czechoslovakia. Also brewed for Bar le Zinc Bleu, 88130 Charmes.
