Blanche
Tasting Notes - A drinkable white beer with a number of elements in the palate and surprising lime notes towards the
end. A lactic tartness detracts from the appeal.
Blonde - 5.2% alc/vol View Label 12

Tasting Notes - Certainly blonde in colour but hardly classically so in character with its unpleasant "green"
elements.
Brune
Tasting Notes - An okay brown let down by the finish. The creamy texture and relatively mellow palate make it easy to
drink - until the finish kicks in.
La Haute du Père Noël - 6.2% alc/vol

Tasting Notes - The unpleasant hair-spray and resiny bitterness in the finish destroys any credibility engendered by the
palate which has quite a range from the initial sweetness through to the final bitterness.
